Ordering

Shop our secure site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and order summary. We cannot cancel or change orders once they are placed.

Do you take international orders?
Not at this time.

Order Status?
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and order summary. As soon as your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that it might take up to 24 hours in some cases for tracking information to be updated by the carrier. If you are a registered user, simply log in to your account.

Will I be charged sales tax?
The Federal Government requires we collect sales tax from states where we have a physical presence. We are required to collect sales tax for the following US State(s): New Jersey.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped in 1-2 business days. All orders are processed the next business day. During holiday season, the turnaround time might be longer than 1-2 business days. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number. Please Note: all orders are subject to carrier changes or delays and are not guaranteed.

Do you offer expidited shipping?
We ship all products flat rate USPS. Please contact us at [email protected] if you need it expidited. We will do our best to accomadate you.

For shipping prices, add the item(s) to your cart and proceed with the checkout process.

What locations do you ship to?
We ship only within the contiguous United States. (Excludes AK, HI, PR, VI).

We do not ship to P.O Boxes at this time. Please provide a physical shipping address for your order, or it will not ship.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns
Returns of unused merchandise are accepted within 10 days of original purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it.

Returns received within 10 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges. We cannot accept returns after 10 days.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 7-10 business days from the day we receive the returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.

For hygenic reasons, we cannot accept the return of throws or blankets.

Restocking Fee
There will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from the return balance. Please contact customer service at [email protected] to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your merchandise please contact customer service at [email protected]. Then, return the unused, unwashed, or undamaged product(s) within 10 days of original purchase. We will issue a store credit once we receive and evaluate the merchandise.

Custom and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
